Love Kanoa's energy!I always find myself skipping most of the warm-up and cool down because it stretches out a bit for me and feels really long (especially after busting my booty and calves on the actual workout), but I love the core of this series. I always come back to 1.2 and 1.1 when my legs feel a bit bleh after a week of sitting at work.
